3) Keep on tweaking

This is when I realized how bad the up and down motion of the guy was during his run cycle. It wasn't too bad to fix this, as I just shifted his position up and down, and only had to redraw whichever leg was contacting the ground. Again, I would strongly suggest you make big tweaks like this back in the stick-figure phase. You can see the difference in bounce in the first two animations. The last one is interesting in that the stick figure animation's head was a crudely drawn circle, and I drew it in too roughly; I was having serious problems trying to draw a better head on top of the circle and have the head's motion be smooth, so I roughed out the head location again with a better placeholder...
